Wonderful, being old I ordered 3 shrimp and 3 oysters and received 6 shrimp fried. The waitress made the mistake and I laughed and said, don't worry, she said I'll bring, I said no. Well out came three huge oysters. So I tipped a little extra. It was wonderful, along with cold DosEquis.

The food is far superior and reasonable priced compared to other restaurants in the area. We started off my wife's birthday with a group of 10 at Gilhooley's. They were perfectly capable of handling the group and service was great. We ordered a mix off the menu. No complaints in the group. We later hopped on a boat for a sunset cruise.

Omggg best oysters in town .. actually best oysters I have ever tasted.. they were clean and delicious 10/10 they were even big ones not smal at all .. hands down going back .. went for my birthday and I had an amazing time

I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I can honestly say the fried oysters were some of the best I've ever had. They were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while remaining fresh, tender, and flavorful on the inside. Every bite had the perfect balance of crunch and freshness, and the seasoning complemented the oysters without overpowering them. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the restaurant itself. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about providing great service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an amazing meal. It's clear that this restaurant takes pride in both the quality of its food and the experience it provides to its guests. The fried oysters alone are worth the visit, but the outstanding service and overall dining experience will keep me coming back. If you're looking for fresh seafood and a restaurant that truly cares about its customers, this is the place to be!
